Jize Jufeng Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer and machining center of castings founded in 2016, located in Foundry & Equipment manufacturing Park of Jize Economic developing Zone, In Jize District, Hebei Province, with an area of 2.3 hectares. Its convenient geographic location near Tianjin Port gives the company a transportation advantage. The company has a production facility with advanced technology, automatic molding process, and appropriate quality system. The company has 86 employee with a technical team of 38 engineers and technicians.
The company invested more than 200 million RMB in 2016, to build a fully automatic foundry. The new facility, with an area of 4.5 hectares, is equipped a natural gas cupola + electric furnace, an automatic double station horizontal static pressure molding line, robotic drilling machine, automatic recycling sand plant, automatic shot blasting and grinding machine, and a painting line. UG and Solid Works are used in product development and design. The new CNC machining workshop enables in house mold making and product machining. The foundry has been operating since 2018.
The products are manhole covers, water grates, automobile and machinery parts, high-speed rail fittings, pumps, valves in ductile and gray iron. The annual production capacity is 40, 000 tons. The company has a well established sales network in domestic market, with its high quality products, and is now developing successfully the overseas market.

2. Product Development: Jufeng company develops casting products in depth, and adopts CAD and CAE 3D software for 3D design and simulation in product development and trial production. Especially, it has a high professional technical level in the application of UG and Solid Works digital design software.
3. Mould Making and CNC Machining Center: In order to develop new products and make mould, Jufeng company has set up a CNC Machining Center. From design, mould making to processing of casting products are completed through computer program and CNC machine tools, we achieves to make mould and process the Casting in the later stage directly by CNC lathes, CNC milling machines and other equipment for precision machining in our own company.
